Red Orchid

I love Smooth Jazz and I listen to all styles of music, but Yanni is one of my favorite artists.  Yanni is versatile in his music technique, therefore, it is very difficult to label his music.  Through his music, he brings ethnicity from his travels around the world. 

About five years ago while searching through channels, I stumbled across Yanni on PBS.  What really caught my attention was his philosophy about uniting the world through his music.  I continued to watch and discovered that his music was as beautiful as his words. 

It is not easy deciding which albums or songs are my favorites because there are too many.  I am very fond of Dance With A Stranger, Southern Exposure, Midnight Hymn, Until the Last Moment, A Love for Life, With An Orchid , Wishing Well, A Reason for Rainbows, Never Too Late, Within Attraction, Swept Away, Nostalgia and The Rain Must Fall. 

I am very excited about Yanni's New Direction with Ric Wake and the introduction of his new talent--Yanni Voices.  I believe that this going to be a special year and I truly don't want to miss out on this!
